I have returned a pair of jeans from my order (Order #99743)Provided proof of return, proof of delivery(Royal Mail), yet this company are refusing to refund me! I’m shocked at their rude and unhelpful customer service, but also their blatant disregard of my return. They are thieves and unlawful!

Aleyshea was really positive and answered my questions effectively.

I had been a bit confused after not receiving a tracking email on my order after 2 weeks but the rebellious fashion customer service team were very quick to help resolve this issue after I sent an enquire email, they responded via email only a few hours later with helpful information and my tracking number.

Rachel sorted out my problem so efficiently and understood my concerns. I had a few issues with confirming my order and ended up with more than one order. Rachel confirmed all orders had went through and would happily cancel down the other ones at my request. Could have cried when I received a reply so quickly. Thank you Rachel !!

I didn’t receive an email confirmation so I emailed and within 10 mins I had a response apologising and Sending me the tracking info.Very efficient and excellent customer service thanks ?

I ordered some clothes that got ruined in the washing machine. They was very understanding said I could keep it and get a 20% refund or I could send it back for free (they gave a me voucher code for that) and be sent a new one. Very friendly service, and lovely clothes.

Rachel was amazing! My return went missing and she gave me time frames and expectations that this would be resolved by. She responded to my email so quickly and she was so efficient in her role. I would like to thank Rachel for making my life easy and just resolving it without any hassle. She has refunded me whilst investigating with Royal Mail as to my missing parcel. Thank you once again!
